Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:
- Essential:
- 12th pass in Science with a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or equivalent.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least five years of experience in a medical institution.
- Desirable Skills:
- Experience in medical institutions or labs.
- Strong communication and computer application skills.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Organizing documents for the study.
- Guiding patients through procedures.
- Entering data into case report forms.
- Educating participants about the study.
- Facilitating the informed consent process.
- Collecting and managing blood samples.
- Monitoring patients and maintaining data compliance.
